MissionThe mission of Joe Licata Football is to improve the level football in Western New York. We are here to help athletes achieve every goal that they have set. If there haven’t been any goals set, we will help with that. Here at Joe Licata Football, we love to work with athletes who hate the term “good enough.” Good enough is the enemy of great. I am dedicated to the little details of the game. Why are successful football players so successful? They love the minor nuances of the game. I have studied the techniques and know the “why” of how things work on the gridiron. Understanding the “why” will be a main focus of ours. There are techniques that, if not coached properly, can hurt an athlete's potential. Potential is untapped talent. The greatest tragedy is when an athlete never reaches their full potential. I pride myself in getting football players to reach that full potential.
