Plex Training Center (PTC)

Strength and Conditioning training is essential for ALL athletes. The benefits include:
- Learn how to safely exercise.
- Decrease the risk of sustaining an injury on the field.
- Increase strength, power, and endurance.
- Improve performance in other sports.
- Build confidence.

Getting athletes to start strength and conditioning early can help ensure a successful and healthy athletic career!

Frank Pellicano is a certified strength and conditioning coach through the International Sports Science Association and is currently studying Physical Therapy at Daemen University. His philosophy when it comes to training is to improve how well an athlete moves, then SLOWLY intensify the exercise to challenge the athlete.

This summer (2022) Frank is running a strength and conditioning program for athletes (U13-U18).

For more information or to sign up for a program, please email Frank @ [email protected]
